Rules

• Check-in starting at 15:00
• Check-out no later than: 10:00
• Pets allowed by arrangement with the owner
• Pets not allowed in the pool and in the playground

Rates

• Deposit of 50% at the time of booking
• The 50% upon arrival
• Security deposit: € 200
• End-of-stay cleaning: € 75
• Cleaning with animals: € 50
• From 15/06 to 15/09 minimum stay 7 nights with check-in on Saturday
• Prices include VAT, water and electricity consumption, linen (sheets and towels), use of swimming pool, sunbathing area, playground, multipurpose pitch (five-a-side football, beach volleyball, beach tennis), table tennis and table football.

Cancellation

• The deposit is to be considered a deposit (ex Article 1386 of the Civil Code) and therefore in the event of cancellation of the stay in question:
• – in case the recess occurs more than thirty days before the beginning of the stay the owner will retain 100% of the deposit
• – in case the recess occurs less than thirty days and more than seven days before the beginning of the stay the lessee is required to pay 70% of the total amount of the reservation
• – in case the withdrawal occurs less than seven days before the beginning of the stay the lessee is obliged to pay the total amount.
